Learn how to use Storage Portal for cloud storage transfer

Steps

Register and Login

First, you need to create an account to use the transfer service

Click the "Register" button in the top right corner
Register with email, or use Google account for quick login
After successful registration, you will be automatically logged in and can start using the service

Get Traffic

Transferring files consumes traffic. You can get traffic in the following ways

Purchase traffic package: Go to the "Buy Traffic" page, select a suitable package and complete payment
Redeem traffic code: If you have a redemption code, enter it on the "Redeem" page to get traffic
Traffic will be automatically credited after purchase or redemption, no manual activation needed

Submit Transfer Link

Submit your cloud storage link to us, and we will automatically download it to our servers

On the homepage or dashboard, find the link input box
Paste the cloud storage link you want to transfer (supports Rapidgator, Keep2share, FileJoker, UploadGig, Alfafile, etc.)
Click the "Start Transfer" button, and the system will automatically parse the link and start downloading

Wait for Transfer to Complete

The system will automatically download files to our high-speed servers

You can check transfer progress and status on the dashboard page
Transfer status includes: waiting, transferring, completed, failed, etc.
After transfer is complete, the system will automatically generate a download link

Download Files

Download files from our servers to your computer at high speed

After transfer is complete, find the corresponding file in the dashboard
Click the "Download" button, or copy the download link to your download tool
Download links are valid for 24 hours, and remain valid for 2 hours after download completion

What to do when traffic runs out?

You can purchase a new traffic package on the "Buy Traffic" page, or use a redemption code to redeem traffic. Traffic will be automatically credited after purchase.

Is resumable download supported?

Yes, we fully support resumable download. If download is interrupted, you can continue downloading using the same download link without starting over.

What to do if transfer fails?

If transfer fails, you can find the corresponding file in the dashboard and click the "Re-download" button to retry. If it fails multiple times, please contact customer service.
